Prompt service, friendly tech!

Our washer started leaking and we were able to get an appointment scheduled within a couple days. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, and took no time in diagnosing the problem. He was able to repair the issue and get our washer up and working again.

CONCERN: Washer is not draining or spinning DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected washer for proper output voltage from washer control to the washer motor, voltage output is normal at the time of testing. Inspected washer pump, Found washer pump failure. CORRECTION: Replaced washer pump and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: ice bucket does not fit properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: customer replaced with aftermarket ice bucket and does not fit properly. CORRECTION: replaced ice bucket with OEM part. Tested and operating normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall output for proper voltage, voltage is normal. Inspected voltage from dishwasher junction box to the dishwasher control board, voltage to the control board is normal. Inspected voltage from control board output to the dishwasher thermal fuse, found dishwasher thermal fuse shorted. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher fuse link and wiring harness kit, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher door malfunctioning. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected door for visible damage, door is good condition at the time of inspection. Inspected door hinges for damage, no visible damage at the time of inspection. Inspected door springs and links, found dishwasher door hinge links failed. CORRECTION: Replaced link kit and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator door is not working properly. CAUSE: Door cam kit failed. CORRECTION: Replaced door cam kit and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports Samsung ice maker is not working and is frozen over. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Found ice maker frozen over underneath and in back of ice maker mold. Ice maker is splashing during fill cycle causing icing and frost. CORRECTION: Sealed ice housing with Samsung approved RTV sealer, replaced ice maker auger heater, ice maker, Y clips to evaporator coil to ice maker, relocate ice maker fill tube to relocation area. Replace main control board to updated control board. Operation is now normal. NOTE: advised customer ice bucket may have been damaged from ice build up.

Refrigerator service call. No repairs made at this time. CONCERN: refrigerator not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: checked cabin temperatures with infrared temperature tool. Found freezer at 0 degrees and fridge at 38 degrees. Inspected condenser coils, passed. Checked compressor operating, passed performed amp draw on compressor .4 amp draw within spec. Checked evaporator and condenser fan motor operation, passed. At this time refrigerator is operating as designed.

CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not heating. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer for proper voltage from the wall to the cord terminal block, voltage normal. Inspected voltage from terminal block to dryer control assembly, voltage normal. Inspected continuity on all thermal safety thermostats, all thermal safeties are normal. Inspected continuity at heater element, found dryer heating element failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer heating element assembly with thermostats and tested. Operation now normal.

Refrigerator service call. No repairs made at this time. CONCERN: display and ice maker does not function. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: reset refrigerator unplugged for 1 minutes and re tested. UI interfaced operating normal. Tested ice maker and operating as designed.

Removed dryer drum to access loose lint inside the dryer cabinet. Cleaned out dryer cabinet and inspected parts for defects. Dryer internal drum support components are in good shape. Reassembled cabinet and tested dryer. CONCERN: dryer making abnormal noise. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: disassembled dryer and inspected components Found dryer blower wheel cracked and found drive motor damaged. CORRECTION: cleaned out cabin. Replaced blower wheel, drive motor and bracket and tested, operation is now normal.

CONCERN: Customer states dropped piece of paper in lint screen duct and dryer is very noisey. CAUSE: disassembled dryer and removed lint duct. Found paper on blower wheel. CORRECTION: removed debris and reassembled dryer. Tested and operating normal at this time.

CONCERN: Customer reports oven door glass is cracked. CORRECTION: Replaced oven door glass and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested the dishwasher for proper voltage to the dishwasher terminal junction box. Voltage to junction box is normal. Tested voltage from the junction box to the main control board, voltage test normal. Tested voltage from the dishwasher main control board out to water valve and dishwasher float. Found no power going through the dishwasher main control board. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher main control board and tested, operation now normal.
